Turning an underused property into a fully booked one

Since 2025, sole point of contact for a five-bedroom property in Southern Hungary — fully digitized, fully remote. A self-built system keeps due dates, contracts, deadlines, utility data and documents in one place. Day to day also means real hands-on work: coordinating renovations with architects and tradespeople, and supporting tenants from four different nationalities directly and personally.
